AIRUSH KITEBOARDING
BY INNOVATORS FOR INNOVATORS
We are excited to introduce the upcoming 24-25 Airush product range.
Over the last few years, we have worked extensively to test the market response on key changes to the constructions in the kites, along with extensive testing and refinement on key new materials. From these results and your ongoing input, we have made significant changes to the kite offering.
Along with the completely redesigned board range over the last few years, with a few additions for this season, we can now offer you our most refined product range to date. We will continue to drive this concept of deeper development, with longer product life cycles into the future.
Now, let’s take a deep dive into the new product overview below…
All kites are available in the Originals and Team Series construction, with the exception of the Razor.
The Originals construction is based on a premium and industry competitive construction, featuring a High Tenacity Dacron leading edge and Teijin Technoforce D2 Canopy.
The Team Series construction utilizes Ultra PE in three key technology drivers. The legendary Airush Load Frame, the durability optimized Ho’okipa, and the all-new ultralight Aluula Aeris. With the exception of the Razor, we will offer all 4 key models in the Originals and the Team Series constructions.
For this season, the Razor, Session, Ultra, and Lift kites all remain unchanged, with a new colorway for each model, except the Razor.
The all-new Lithium features the same legendary ease of use, depower and relaunch that you would expect, fused with key new aspects found in our big air kites, delivering the next generation in freeride versatility.
The completely redesigned chassis improves stability and response, and it handles stronger wind far better without deforming under heavy load. The compact single pulley bridle shipped standard on the Lithium offers massive improvements in stability, rigidity, and steering response. The fixed upper sections of the bridle stabilize the airframe, stopping the shape from deforming under extremely high stress loads. The single pulley section of the bridle rests on a stopper ball while riding, holding the shape, and allowing the pulley to roll forward and allow thekite to depower more easily when needed. This configuration also allows the kite to roll onto its back for a much quicker and easier relaunch.
It is an excellent 3 struts jumping and looping kite as well. It’s a great alternative to the Lift for those looking for a kite that has more all-around capabilities, and is still keen to loop and boost.
The Lift Team is all about boosting, hangtime, and taking performance freeride to new heights. Designed for the rider looking for exceptional hangtime, explosive power, and stability in the wildest conditions. Ease of use, paired with incredible top end performance makes the Lift the ultimate big air machine.
ALUULA’s Aeris material takes the unique strength benefits of Ultra PE and optimizes the weight component even further by creating the lightest leading edge and strut material on the market at a mere 74 grams per sqm.

Key Updates:
Switch Team v11 vs Switch Team v11 Blue
- The Switch Team v11 Blue features an updated layup. The single basalt stringers have been replaced with dual carbon stringers, top and bottom. This has made the board more lively on the water while saving weight.
- Graphic update to make it visually lighter and brighter.
Apex v8 vs Apex v9
- Shape: The Apex v9 features a new outline, optimized for big air/ freestyle crossover, which offers better traction on the water as well as improved upwind ability.
- Rocker: The Apex v9 has slightly more rocker than the Apex v8, which makes hard landings feel much softer, and also reduces the chance of nose diving on high speed landings.
- Layup: The Apex layup has been refined to find the perfect balance between flex and responsiveness on the water.
- The Apex v9 is now shipped with 45mm GFN fins instead of 35mm.
