Defining the future of minimalistic, lightweight performance design for foil, freeride, and surf, the Ultra Team is a more responsive, faster, and lighter version of the Ultra reinforced with Ho’okipa Ultra PE material. Ho'okipa Ultra PE
Developed in partnership with Challenge Sailcloth, this unique Ultra PE leading edge and strut composite material is 25% lighter and 10x stronger than traditional fabrics. This allows for 50% higher pressure, creating increased stiffness combined with a thinner leading edge. The result is supercharged responsiveness coupled with sublime handling, and of course the long-term performance you expect from Airush.
UHMWPE fibers (non-branded Dyneema® or Spectra®) are the lightest and strongest fibers commercially available, with a tensile strength 15x stronger than steel. UHWMPE is created by a gel-spun extrusion process which draws out extremely long chains of polyethylene, aligned along a molecular backbone. This alignment effectively transfers load through the fiber for high modulus and strength.

Through thorough development and testing of unique ideas and technologies that were first conceptualised within the Team Series, such as the Airush Load Frame, and key shape concepts in our boards. Over time, many of these ideas have migrated into our full product lines, enabling us to continually refine the range performance, while chasing a new benchmark in high performance.
This philosophy extends beyond pure competition design, into many of our high-end freeride lines.
TEAM SERIES PRODUCTS

Razor
Originally conceived as the kite that would take Airush Kiteboarding to 2 World Championships and over 20 National Championships, the Razor continues as a benchmark product for our Freestyle and Wakestyle Team. This product continues under the guidance of Alex Pastor, for a new generation of performance competition riders.

AIRUSH LOAD FRAME
The Airush Load Frame, featuring WebTech, has been the key to setting the ultimate benchmark in durability without compromising on weight. By expanding our exclusive Load Frame with WebTech throughout the areas normally occupied by Dacron, we are able to minimize or completely remove the heavier fabric, and utilize the ballistic high-modulus polyethylene web fibers instead – increasing strength and minimizing weight.
Utilizing the same Ultra PE primary fiber as the leading edge and struts, the load frame carries much of the primarily load running through the canopy. This prevents the canopy cloth from over stretching and losing performance. This also increases responsiveness by creating a more locked in shaping into the canopy.


Apex Team
The Apex Team is designed as an all-around versatile twintip for performance freeride and big air. The Premium 12K wide tow carbon flattens the fibers of the carbon weave for less crimp – maximizing the stiffness and reducing weight, while the basalt construction is layered with heel reinforcement to optimize the strength and durability.

The OG of the Team Series has been completely redesigned. Alex Pastor worked closely with designer, Dave Kay, to develop a new generation Freestyle Twintip for the Airush Team. The Livewire Team makes use of high modulus Triax carbon and 12K wide tow carbon. This flattens the fibres of the carbon weave for less crimp – maximising the stiffness and strength. Designed for the high-performance freestyle rider, who seeks the perfect balance of weight, rocker, flex, and response.
COMPETITION CARBON
The Competition Carbon construction is our legendary blend of durability and light weight in a twintip. Making use of high modulus Triax carbon, these boards boast great pop, response, and aggression. They are known for leading our team riders onto podiums and to World Championship titles.
